Entry Fee The entry fee of $95.00 per player must be made online.

Conditions of Participation The competition is open to athletes born in 1998 or later (U16), or 1995 or later (U19) who are members in good standing with Badminton Canada by having an active membership with a BCan registered provincial organization or a BWF Member Association. Players must provide proof of memberships by imputing their up to date Member ID when prompted (contact your provincial organization if you are uncertain of your ID number). Non-Canadian association participants will be charged an extra $20 fee for entering a tournament.

PLAYERRS THAT DO NOT COMPLETE THESE REQUIREMENTS AFTER ENTRY DEADLINE WILL BE WITHDRAWN FROM THE EVENT WITHOUT THE RIGHT FOR A REFUND.

Prizes Medals for winners and semifinalists. Prizes for Consolation winners

Entry Deadline - October 25th, 2013. No changes or withdawals after entry deadline.

Seeds will be posted no later than November 1st. Draws will be posted no later than November 5th.

Clothing - 'Whites' clothing rule in effect. All other BWF clothing rules will apply.

Schedule - Friday, Nov 8th : Opening rounds Singles and Doubles 10:00am. Saturday, Nov 9th: Continuation of play 9:00am. Sunday, Nov 10th: Continuation of play 9:00am / Finals 10:00am. Warm-up time will be 3 minutes. Default time will be 10 minutes.

Consolation - Consolations will be held for all competitors defeated in their first round match of the main event. It is be the responsibility of each athlete to notify the draw desk, within 30-minutes of their opening round defeat.

Seeding & Draws - Seeding done by Badminton Canada’s Seeding Committee and draws according to the Canadian regulations.

Eyewear - Players are encouraged to wear protective eyewear meeting the ASTM F803 standard.
