NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT the annual meeting of Badminton Alberta ( the “Association”) will be held in the McCallum Rm, Cagary Winter Club, 4611 - 14th Street NW, Calgary, AB T2K 1J7, at 3:00 PM on Saturday, April 16, 2016 for the following purposes.
To receive the financial statements of the Association for the fiscal year ended August 31, 2015.
1. To appoint an auditor;
2. To elect the board of Directors for the ensuing year/term; and
3. To transact such business as may be properly brought before the meeting.
