NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT the annual meeting of Badminton Alberta ( the “Association”) will be held
at the
Alberta Badminton Centre, 60 Patterson Blvd SW, Calgary, Alberta, T3H 2E1,
at 7:00 PM on Thursday, January 19th, 2017
for the following purposes.
To receive the financial statements of the Association for the fiscal year ended August 31, 2016.
1. To appoint an auditor;
2. To elect the board of Directors for the ensuing year/term; and
3. To transact such business as may be properly brought before the meeting.
