Badminton Alberta has rescheduled the 2012 Annual General Meeting to April 13th 2013. The original date of February 28th was unsuccessful, as a quorum of ten members was not achieved.
The AGM will be held in conjunction with the Yonex Alberta Junior Championships being held at Olds College from April 12-14.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT the annual meeting of holders of common shares of Alberta Badminton Association. (the “Association”) will be held at Ralph Klein Centre, 4500 50 Street, Olds College, Olds, Alberta, T4H 1R6, at 10:00 AM on Saturday, April 13th., 2013 for the following purposes.
To receive the financial statements of the Association for the fiscal year ended August 31, 2012.
1. To appoint an auditor;
2. To elect the board of Directors for the ensuing year/term; and
3. To transact such business as may be properly brought before the meeting.
