at the
Four Points by Sheraton Hotel & Suites Calgary West, 8220 Bowridge Crescent NW, Calgary, Alberta, T3B 2V1,
at 10:00 AM on Saturday, June 23rd. 2018
in the Lake Louise Room
for the following purposes.
To receive the financial statements of the Association for the fiscal year ended August 31, 2017.
1. To appoint an auditor;
2. To elect the board of Directors for the ensuing year/term; and
3. To transact such business as may be properly brought before the meeting.
