Badminton has been dropped from 2019 Western Canada Summer Games

On September 15, 2014 the seven participating Provincial & Territorial Sport Organizations responsible for the delivery of badminton were informed by the Western Canada Games Council that the sport of badminton would not be included in the 2019 Western Canada Summer Games. The decision has been appealed. Further information will be shared once it becomes available.
