Congratulations to the Alberta contingent competing at the 2010 Yonex Ontario Senior Elite Series event.  This is the final Yonex Elite series event prior to the National Championhips.

Jon Vandervet lead the Alberta charge by winning the mixed doubles with fellow Albertan Milaine Cloutier, while also winning the men's doubles with Alvin Lau of BC.  Milaine also captured a bronze medal in women's doubles.  In the men's singles Alberta was well represented with Alex Pang narrowily bowing to David Snider in the finals.  David also defeated Martin Giuffre in the semi finals.

The results should set Alberta up nicely for the National Championships occuring in Winnipeg, MB from January 28-31, 2010.
