CONDITIONS / CONDITIONS DE PARTICIPATION:
The tournament is open to athletes who are members in good standing of a provincial or territorial badminton association that is affiliated with Badminton Canada. The tournament will be conducted under the official rules of Badminton Canada and the Badminton World Federation.
Le tournoi est ouvert aux joueurs qui sont membres en règle d’une association de badminton provinciale ou territoriale affiliée à Badminton Canada. La compétition sera menée en vertu des règlements officiels de Badminton Canada et de la Fédération mondiale de badminton.
ELIGIBILITY/ ADMISSIBILITÉ:
As per Badminton Canada regulations; for any Canadian National Championships, all athletes must:
4.1.2 be members in good standing with a players to train out of country limited periods) and;
4.1.3 be a Canadian citizen or landed immigrant,
4.1.4 have main residency in Canada for the 12 months preceding the championship, (this requires a permanent address in Canada but permits a player to train out of Country for limited periods) and;
4.1.5 not have played in any badminton championship restricted to another country within the timeframe;
4.3 waiver forms must be signed at time of registration by a parent or guardian.

4.1.2 Doivent être membres en règle d’une association membre de Badminton Canada et confirmé par l’association membre;
4.1.3 Doivent être citoyen Canadien ou résident permanent;
4.1.4 Doivent avoir leur résidence principale au Canada depuis au moins 12 mois avant le championnat, (exige une adresse permanente au Canada, mais permet à un athlète de s’entraîner à l’extérieur du pays pour une durée limitée) et;
4.1.5 Ne doivent pas avoir joué au badminton dans un championnat restreint à un autre pays durant cette période;
4.3 Le formulaire de renonciation, compris avec le formulaire d’inscription pour les mineurs, doit être signé par un parent ou un tuteur.

The entry fee of $ 125.00 per competitor must be made with the use of a credit card at the time of on-line registration. Executive room $123. + taxes
Reservations can be made through the hotel website using the ID code MBA2010 or by calling 1-800-665-0569 1-800-665-0569. A block of rooms have been set aside under “2010 Canadian National Badminton Championships” until January 14. All reservations need to be guaranteed with a credit card.
