MEMBERS OF BADMINTON ALBERTA (Alberta Badminton Association)
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT the annual meeting of Badminton Alberta ( the “Association”) will be held
at the
Badminton Alberta office, Bay E, 1135 - 44 Avenue SE, Calgary, Alberta, T2G 4X4,
at 6:00 PM on Tuesday, February 27th. 2024
for the following purposes.
To receive the financial statements of the Association for the fiscal year ended August 31, 2023.
1. To appoint an auditor;
2. To elect the board of Directors for the ensuing year/term; and
3. To transact such business as may be properly brought before the meeting.
