No late entries will be accepted.
All entries must be confirmed by the athletes Member Association prior to acceptance.
Players cannot be entered unless they already have a BWF ID-number. In case you wish to enter players who do not have a BWF ID-number, please contact the BWF office well in advance of the tournament, so that the players concerned can get a BWF ID-number before the closing date of the tournament.

Entry Fees: CDN$50 per event
The Member Association that enters a player into a Circuit tournament is responsible for paying the entry fees for that player.

The entry fees must be paid at the same times as the entries are submitted. The entry fees will not be refunded in the event of a withdrawal.

In the case that the entry fees have not been received before the beginning of the event players will not be allowed to play at the tournament. Payment must be done before their first scheduled match, failure to do so mean that they will not be allowed to play.

This rule will be enforced – no exceptions and the national association will be liable for the withdrawal fee.
Entry fees will not be refunded in the case of a withdrawal after the entry deadline. For all the players withdrawing, the Organisers will invoice the entry fee to the relevant Member Association if it has not been paid.

If a player/pair is listed on a “Waiting List”, any entry fees will be refunded if the player/pair is not promoted to the Main Draw or Qualification draw.

Withdrawals The final withdrawal date without penalty (entry fee must still be paid) is December 4th, 2011.
Any withdrawal after the Sunday immediately preceding the draw, for any reason whatsoever, renders the Member Association concerned liable to an amount of US$ 250.00 for the inconvenience caused by the withdrawal (as defined in BWF General Competition Regulations)

Visas After entering player(s) in the tournament it is the Member Association’s responsibility to secure visas for their players – if this is needed. It is the Member Association’s responsibility to make sure that visa applications are made early enough. The Tournament Organisers will do everything possible to enable the entered players to get a visa.
