NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT the annual meeting of Badminton Alberta ( the “Association”) will be held at the Ralph Klein Centre at Olds College, Olds, Alberta, T4H 1R6, at 10:00 AM on Saturday, March 28, 2015 for the following purposes.
To receive the financial statements of the Association for the fiscal year ended August 31, 2014.
1. To appoint an auditor;
2. To elect the board of Directors for the ensuing year/term; and
3. To transact such business as may be properly brought before the meeting.
